
Will Smith reveals the reasons why chose Jay Park and the song "I Like to Party" as the soundtrack to the film "After Earth". Apparently, Will got a recommendation from a relative's wife Jada Pinkett Smith for featuring the song "I Like to Party" to be Jay.
"This is a film producer brother-in-law. He was my wife's sister (Jada). And his wife is Korean people," Will said during a press conference in Seoul Times Square Atrium, May 7. "During the process of the film, she (the wife of the brother-in-law) recommends many Korean artists to be involved in the film. And the name Jay appears, and the song will be there at the end of the film credit."
Jay Park also revealed his pride as requested directly by Will. Jay was also amazed at Will's son, Jaden Smith, skilled as a rapper.
"This is the first moment in my life.'ve Watched you since I was a kid," said Jay who later praised Jaden. "I also see the work of your rap music. Thank you very much for coming to Korea."
Later, the song "I Like to Party" will be there in the end credits the film "After Earth" which was released in Korea. But the release date has not been announced. As for the United States, the movie starring Will and Jaden will be released May 31.
"After Earth" a story about the CYPHER (Will Smith) and teenage son, Kitai Raige (Jaden Smith). Narrated, Cypher and Kitai plane crashed until they were stranded on Earth, 1,000 years after humans abandoned due to undergo a major disaster.
Because his father was injured, Kitai went to seek help and face all sorts of dangers out there. Cypher and Kitai must work together in order to later be able to return home to their home planet.
Columbia Pictures Film production was directed by M. Night Shyamalan. The film co-starring Zoe Kravitz, Sophie Okonedo, Isabelle Fuhrman and David Denman.
